Application:
This T-shirt heat press machine can transfer colorful pictures and characters of sublimating and
dissolved printing ink onto ceramics,glasses and textiles such as cotton,flax,chemical fiber, nylon, ect.
It can be used for T-shirts, mouse mats, sports clothes, swimwear, bags, scarves, logo, umbrella,
pillow, socks, jigsaw puzzles, ceramic tiles, ID badges, vip card, personalized gifts, stone rock
painting, rhinestone, flocking,glass, metal sheet, aluminum sheet, and so on. And just about every
other flat surface item you may want to dye sublimation for.
Operation procedures:
Please note: Users should operate the machine with ground wire connected for safety!
1. Plug in, turn on the power switch, the power indicator lightened.
2. Press the motor start. Adjust the digital Thermostat&timer controller to the proper temperature.
When the temperature reach the seted temperature,the red light extinguished, then the operation
can start.
3. Set the thermostat to the temperature needed (Normally 120-200ºC), set the timer to the needed.(Normally 5~20Second), then wait for until the temperature has reached the preset temperature.
4. Turn the Auto&Manual Switch to the automatic state, it becomes automatic, slide the bottom plate to
its position. When the bottom plate reach the right place, the machine starts working. When the seted
time finish, the bottom plate return to the bottom position automatically.
5. Turn the Auto&Manual Switch to the manual state, it becomes manual. That means you should slide
the working table to the right place,then press the green manul start switch, then the machine start
working. When the seted time come down to finish, the bottom plate return to the bottom position
automatically.
6. When the Auto&Manual Switch is in middle state, the machine will not work.
7. Red round switch is "emergency stop" button, if you press this button, the whole machine will stop
working, the heating plate return to the top. If you need restart the machine, turn the red round switch
clockwise, the red button will bounce, then the machine could work again.
